Zondag was het weer zover, de uitreiking van de 'muzikale'Oscars. Oftewel de 53ste Grammy Award. Een van de belangrijkste categorieen daarbij is die van het beste album van het jaar.
In die categorie stonden dit jaar genomineerd: Eminem, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Lady Antebellum en het enige indie album Arcade Fire.
En er bestaat dan toch nog gerechtigheid, want The Suburbs won!! Ongelooflijk maar waar. De groep kon het zelf ook maar nauwelijks geloven.
Ook Muse kreeg een Grammy voor beste rock album
